Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for DEFECTIVE MECHANICAL PRODUCT.  
When you receive your package, promptly check  the items to make sure they are working properly. 
In the event that you do receive a defective product, you can return it within 30 days since you've received the order.  
Send us an e-mail to sales@sextoysmadness.com with a brief description of the defect in the product, and we will provide you with the shipping address.
We will refund your money after inspecting a product.
